  • Overview

    Vistra is seeking a Production Control Clerk to join our team in Miami, FL for a proposed effort. The Production Control Clerk ensures successful development and execution of office duties, data management and program oversight for all sections at CEU Miami for a full range of shore facility planning, design, construction management, repair and environmental and real property management services. 

    Responsibilities

    Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • SAM - (Shore Asset Management) Update and populate data for weekly production meeting
    • CG Tims - (Coast Guard Technical Information Management System) Creation and manipulation of Library Cards for projects
    • Prepare letters and various types of correspondence (Microsoft: Applications)
    • Perform data entry (Maximo)
    • Copy/Scan/Print drawings (AutoCAD)
    • Prepare and update spreadsheets (Microsoft: Applications)
    • Create and update presentations (Microsoft: Applications))
    • Assist with the preparation and reviews of technical engineering plans
    • Develops and maintains a courteous and professional relationship with the local POC and Unit staff

    Qualifications

    • Education - High School Graduate or college diploma
    • General Experience - Has a minimum of two years’ experience working as a production control clerk performing general office and data management and program oversight
    • Specific Experience - Expertise in MICROSOFT Applications to produce letters, project specifications, visual presentations, spreadsheets and e-mails communications with different governments agencies.
    • Provide knowledge in SAM (Shore Asset Management) for data manipulation, CG Tims (Coast Guard Technical Information Management System) for creation of library cards and populate metadata of construction documents), and AutoCAD (for the archiving of drawings/Specs and related documents).
